E-Commerce Specialist
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize online sales platforms including Amazon (US, EU, UK), Walmart, C-Discount (EU), BOL (EU), Otto (EU)
- Oversee sellers’ accounts, ensuring compliance with marketplace policies and best practices
- Create and manage website product listings, ensuring product information is accurate and up-to-date
- Handle inventory management, order fulfillment, and processing returns
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth
- Recommend, implement and manage in-platform marketing placements/opportunities
- Create promotions and sales
- Monitor customer feedback and provide exceptional customer service through timely responses to inquiries and resolving issues
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing Amazon, Walmart and other platforms
- Proven experience with seller account management, including managing returns and handling customer feedback
- Experience with inventory management, product listing optimization, and sales data analysis
- Familiarity with e-commerce software, tools, and trends
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Compensation
- $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
