E-Commerce Specialist


Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize online sales platforms including Amazon (US, EU, UK), Walmart, C-Discount (EU), BOL (EU), Otto (EU)
  • Oversee sellers’ accounts, ensuring compliance with marketplace policies and best practices
  • Create and manage website product listings, ensuring product information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Handle inventory management, order fulfillment, and processing returns
  • Analyze and report on key performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth
  • Recommend, implement and manage in-platform marketing placements/opportunities
  • Create promotions and sales
  • Monitor customer feedback and provide exceptional customer service through timely responses to inquiries and resolving issues


Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing Amazon, Walmart and other platforms
  • Proven experience with seller account management, including managing returns and handling customer feedback
  • Experience with inventory management, product listing optimization, and sales data analysis
  • Familiarity with e-commerce software, tools, and trends
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently


Compensation

  • $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
  • Benefits Package: Holidays and Vacations Benefits
  • Job Type: 20-25 hours per week
