WESTLIGHT . This opportunity has tremendous growth potential within our growing hospitality family. WESTLIGHT , a year round Rooftop Cocktail Bar located on the 22nd Floor of The William Vale hotel in the heart of Williamsburg, features sweeping views of the five boroughs and beyond, serving rare spirits, craft cocktails and an elevated bar dining menu inspired by New York City's street food. Ideal Candidates Possess: 1-3 years experience as a Sous Chef. Highly-developed knowledge of various culinary styles and mastery of all line level cooking stations. A professional and polished approach to leadership. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to comfortably lead a team in a busy atmosphere. DOH Food Protection certified.
