Required Qualifications: Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Experience:
10+ years of experience as a Software Developer, including at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development within enterprise-level environments. 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration, managing instances with over 500 users and complex customizations. Expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL, with a proven track record of developing and deploying custom solutions in large-scale Salesforce environments. Strong experience with Java and SQL, particularly in developing integration solutions between Salesforce and external systems. Proficiency in Git (preferably Bitbucket) for version control and CI/CD processes. Hands-on experience with VS Code and Eclipse for developing and debugging complex Salesforce and Java applications. Certifications:
Salesforce Platform Developer I (required). Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator (preferred).
