We are currently looking for an experienced Corporate Development Analyst to join a tight knit, Private Equity backed team in the DMV area specializing in Healthcare / Vet Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support for the origination and execution of M&A transactions.
Corporate Development Analyst Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets
- Prepare financial models and valuations
- Prepare and present pitch books
- Assist with the due diligence process
- Manage the deal process from origination to execution
Corporate Development Analyst Requirements
- 1 year in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, TAS or Private Equity
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
