Senior Software Engineer - Salesforce

Location: San Francisco, CA – onsite hybrid 3 days per week

Positions: 2 (one in April, one in June)

Duration: 24 months

Max pay rate: $80/hr w2 + benefits for SFO

No C2C, No 1099 allowed with this client.

Start Date: April

The Salesforce team has created a CRM platform for bankers/tellers to get a full view of each customer profile. They are currently doing maintenance and adding new features to the platform, including a telephony platform, service cloud voice, and intelligent banker (collects information for the bankers to enhance productivity). This person will be doing analytics (60%) and development (40%) for these new features, with 50-60% focusing on Salesforce functionalities.

Responsibilities:

1. Hands-on lead role.
2. Developing CRM features with engineering team.
3. Attend story grooming meetings.
4. Build the reports for bankers and managers in each district.
5. Manage customer applications for offers on their accounts, ensuring backend validation of offer codes.

Must Have:

1. 6-10+ years of experience in:
2. Salesforce analytics.
3. AWS - web services.
4. APEX flows.
5. Salesforce.com - experience with CRM platform.
6. Visualizations and graphs.
7. Building receipts.

Preferred:

1. Experience working for Salesforce in the past.

Training: Need senior level, should come in and hit the ground running.
