Job Description: They are seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect to join their dynamic team in Dallas. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Korean and possess strong architectural design and project management skills. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects, including planning, design, and construction phases.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to develop project requirements and design solutions.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff and team members.
- Communicate effectively with Korean-speaking clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Licensed Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Fluent in Korean (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
