Duties Lead and manage complex legal matters across key practice areas. Provide strategic legal counsel to a diverse client base, including Fortune 500 companies and high-net-worth individuals. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships while expanding the firm’s client base. Collaborate with other senior attorneys to drive firm-wide success and innovation. Mentor and manage junior associates, ensuring the continued development of future talent. Support the firm’s strategic goals and contribute to business development efforts. Requirements Proven experience as a partner or senior attorney with a strong leadership record. Expertise in one or more of the firm’s core practice areas, such as Corporate, Litigation, Trusts and Estates, Real Estate, or Intellectual Property. Demonstrated ability to generate new business and maintain client relationships. Strong leadership, organizational, and team-building skills. Ability to collaborate and integrate across various legal disciplines to meet client needs. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Active membership in the bar in one or more jurisdictions where the position is based (required). Skills Exceptional business development, client relationship management, and leadership abilities. Advanced legal analysis, problem-solving, and drafting skills. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
