Location: Las Vegas, NV 89113 (Onsite)

Employment Type: Temporary

Duration:6-12 Months

PR:$20/HR- $25/HR on W2


Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Auditing Analyst for a temporary assignment to ensure the accuracy and compliance of onboarding and offboarding processes through proper documentation and auditing. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Excel (including advanced formulas) , MS Word , and Microsoft 365 products , along with familiarity with Active Directory . The role requires creating and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while maintaining high-quality documentation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit and validate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain and update documentation related to user access, system permissions, and process workflows.
  • Utilize Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data validation) to analyze and report on process adherence.
  • Prepare and review documents in MS Word , ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Work with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.) for collaboration and documentation management.
  • Assist with Active Directory (AD) user account management , ensuring proper access provisioning and deprovisioning.
  • Develop, update, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for IT and HR processes.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance.
  • Ensure attention to detail in all documentation and auditing tasks.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in auditing, documentation, or process compliance roles .
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Word for creating and formatting documents.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory (user management, groups, permissions) .
  • Strong ability to create, follow, and enforce SOPs .
  • Excellent documentation skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work onsite in Las Vegas, NV 89113 for the duration of the assignment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in IT audit, compliance, or identity & access management (IAM) .
  • Understanding of HR or IT onboarding/offboarding workflows .
  • Certification in Microsoft Office, IT audit, or related fields (a plus).
