Must be able to quickly respond to changes in the job such as process and procedure changes, incorporating new product line knowledge, professionally handling sensitive product retrievals, and be able to adhere and conform to evolving published schedules

Must maintain exceptional communication skills written and verbal, be able to remain calm during periods of heightened stress, can work successfully with a wide range of personalities and expertise levels, naturally demonstrates ownership and accountability, and willing to exhibit courage to professionally speak their mind and be present in the business

Handling of Sales Force administrative functions and issues to increase Sales Force selling time. Perform account management activities including, but not limited to:

Perform order management activities including, but not limited to:

Purchase order processing: EDI, telephone, fax, eCommerceUnavailable product reviewOrder reconciliation activitiesHandle shipping issues including, but not limited to:

Proof of delivery verificationExpedited shipping requestsOrder issues resolution: shortages, overages, damages, and late deliveriesField customer calls including, but not limited to:

Answering inbound calls from customers, and various other internal departmentsCase initiation and engineer forward resolved resolutionsTransform customer adoption of digital platformsMaking outbound calls to customers, and various other internal product management activitiesMon-Fri 8 hour shift between 7am and 6pm

Must be available to work on site. Currently on a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite and 2 remote.Skills:Minimum Qualifications:

The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English

2+ years of relevant Customer Service Experience, preferably in the Medical Device Industry

MS Office, MS Outlook, 10-Key and typing proficiency, accuracy and attention to detail, communication skills and problem solving skills in a business professional environment required.Education:High School Diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)Languages: English Read Write Speak ttachments: Skills and Experience Skills:Required
