Description
UCFS is looking for candidates who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others! We are
currently seeking a part time (20 hr) Dentist
to provide comprehensive general dental and oral health services to patients of all ages.
Essential Responsibilities-
Conduct routine oral examinations, diagnose dental conditions, and develop treatment plans for patientsProvide comprehensive dental treatment such as restorative dentistry, endodontic therapy, space maintenance, fixed and removable prosthetics, and oral surgeryEducate patients on oral health and preventative careCollaborate with members of the dental team to provide comprehensive careParticipate in the Multi-disciplinary evaluations by providing dental assessments of foster children in the pediatric clinic as needed.Perform oral examinations at 1 year old physical appointments in Pediatrics.Assist in the training of new/existing dental staff.Why UCFS?

Requirements
Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree2 years clinical experience; post residency preferred, but not requiredCurrent CT State Dental License, in good standingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well in a team environmentStrong commitment to patient care and ethical practiceAll employees at UCFS are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19UCFS offers a comprehensive benefits package including:
