Promoting and selling Amazing Lash Studio® Membership and retail products to guestsAssists Studio Manager with retaining current membersConsistently creates a friendly environment for guests by welcoming and assisting as well as quickly responding to customer questions and needsAnswers phone calls, book appointments, and enthusiastically greeting guestsAssist in administrative tasks including filing and data entry of guests records and surveysPrepare guest records for treatmentsParticipate in special events to promote the studioMaintains cleaning, organizing, and maintenance of lobby and studio public areasMaintains quality service by enforcing organization standardsRetail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
Customer service orientedResults oriented, metrics drivenSales experience preferredBasic computer skillsAbility to multitaskMust be outgoing, positive, cheerful, engaging, energetic, and resourcefulStrong verbal and written communications skillsPossess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal personnel and customersMust be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skillsMust be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidaysMindbody Salon Software experience a plus!
