Overview:

Our client in Vermont is currently looking for a full-time Help Desk Support Specialist for a 3-6 month contracted position, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. In this role, the Helpdesk Specialist will collaborate remotely with team members to address and fulfill the business needs of all users.Responsibilities:Participate as part of a team responsible for the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure solutions to meet customers business needs, focused on end-users and end-user computing devicesCollaborate routinely with customer-nominated representatives to accomplish assigned tasksDeploy, support, and repair end-user computing for our clients end-usersProvide excellent customer service directly to our clients end-usersWork with customers ranging from small to enterprise-level environmentsQualifications:
