Customer site vaccination requirements, if stricter, will take precedence over EverWatchs vaccination policy.Responsibilities:Everwatch Solutions is seeking an Information Assurance Specialist/Engineer to join our team as an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to maintain the operational security posture of Air Force and National Agency intelligence systems. You will be working with a well-established team supporting 20+ systems. This effort provides centralized support to secure systems across multiple locations to ensure continuous operations and availability. As an ISSO on this team, you will provide customer support to maintain system security plans, support continuous monitoring, ensure vulnerability notification awareness and response tracking, review security and event logs, update and track system compliance objectives, and ensure all system and security documentation remains current and relevant. The ideal candidate has experience working with Xacta or a similar system security and compliance tool, familiarity with Risk Management Framework (RMF), knowledge of security controls and responses, knowledge of security vulnerability and mitigation processes, ability to interpret security concepts of operations, experience supporting compliance inspections, and ability to author and edit system documentation to ensure security and compliance are properly addressed.Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in contracts of similar scope, type, and complexityBachelors degree in Computer Science, information technology, or related discipline from an accredited college or university and recent experience with administration of Linux-based systems and workstationsIn lieu of degree, 12+ years of experience in the field of computer system administration and recent experience with administration of Linux-based systems and workstationsSecurity+ or higher DoD 8570 certificationProvide System Administration and sustainment support to Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) mission systems, workstations, and associated infrastructureExperience providing help desk and sustainment support for Linux systems and workstationsFamiliarity with trouble ticket reporting systems like JIRA and/or SERENAUnderstanding of cyber security tools and methodsInstall, integrate, test, and validate operating system and application updates and patches including operating system vulnerability patchesConfigure and manage RHEL operating systems;
