For more than 60 years, weve produced innovative, inventive products that make life better for our customers and their customers.**Job Description Summary**Oversee product placement in warehouse, shipping orders, receiving orders and all required paperwork. Provides leadership support and oversight to the warehouse and plant employees while on shift. At times may be needed to fill in as a Warehouse Lead, or Team Leader Warehouse.**Job Description*** Actively lead and supervise crew of 14-18 people.* Inventory control* Operate a forklift safely and efficiently* Organize product placement in the warehouse.* Organize product shipment.* Proper loading of trucks through load diagrams and distribution of weights on axels* Actively work on and train employees on all 5-S requirements and other policies and procedures.* Comply with and enforce all policies, safety programs and procedures.* Qualified lift truck trainer.* Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.* Effectively communicate with team members, managers, vendors and drivers.* Prepare short written materials for the purpose of informing, reminding or organizing like end of shift reports.* Make decision on quality of totes and pallets that are used in shipping process.* Other tasks as assigned* Process daily production paperwork* Fill in for warehouse team leader when needed* Set up Crew Schedules**Basic & Preferred Qualifications*** 3 years related experience.* High school diploma or general education degree (GED).* 3 years experience operating a forklift.* Able to work well in a team environment.* Good math skills.* Ability to prioritize, organize and delegate assignments.* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.* Bilingual preferred**Industry-Competitive Benefits**Coupled with our compensation and bonus incentive programs, our benefits deliver rewards that are market competitive.
