Ladgov Corporation is looking to hire a competent on-site Supervisor to supervise the operations of a team of 8 personnel including but not limited to, Servers, and Cleaners. The place of performance is at the Air National Guard in Boise, ID which is located at 3787 W Aeronca St, Boise, ID 83705, United States.
Duties:Accomplishes the company objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes at the Air National Guard.Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.Plans, monitors, and appraises job results.Conducts training.Implements and enforces Military policies, and procedures.Maintains a safe and healthy work environment at the Air National GuardCompletes operations by developing schedules, assigning and monitoring work, gathering resources, implementing productivity standards, resolving operations problems, maintaining reference manuals, and implementing new procedures.Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Step in to help performing duties as neededRequirements:
Proven experience in leading a team of more than 4 people.High School degreeHas military knowledge, preferably a veteran.
