to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales channel and marketing strategies that will drive revenue growth and increase market share.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet business goals and objectivesManage and train sales and marketing teams to ensure they are meeting performance targetsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships including OEM and national account sales to expand the company's reachContinuously analyze market trends and adjust sales and marketing strategies accordinglyCollaborate with Engineering to design and manage a unified Product Development process along with competitive evaluation of our market positionDevelop and manage budgets for sales and marketing activitiesBuild Companies brandEstablish and ensure attainment of regional and total sales targets and revenue goals on a monthly and annual basis.Develop effective Regional Sales Director compensation and partner incentive programsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholdersTravel requiredRequirements:Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field10+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of successA minimum of 5 years B2B Marketing/Channel experience preferred in the HVAC space.Must have proven wholesale sales channel and Specified Product reseller management success preferably in a HVAC or related fieldHighly effective leadership skills and management of sales and marketing teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to develop clear action plans and drive processesAbility to work independently and in a team environmentStrong organizational and project management skillsKnowledge of industry trends and best practicesWillingness to travel to industry events and customers
