DM Tool & Fab, Inc. has been producing high quality prototypes and production ready tooling for the automotive and aircraft industry since 1989. Scaffolding, prototypes, machining and assemblies, and much more. We are AS 9100 Registered for the provision of fabrication and welding services for steel, aluminum, stainless and nickel materials; the provision of CNC burning and water jet cutting processes. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Understanding customer contractual requirements as they relate to QA deliverable. Write Quality inspection plans. In process validation of all quality requirements.. Quality support of tool build progress as it relates to quality requirements. Submittal of all final Quality inspection documentation to customer. Perform buyoff activities as required for final tool shipment approval.
Minimum Skills and Competencies: Ability to work independently and prioritize work load. Written and verbal communication skills. Thorough understanding of GD&T / FT&A.
MS Office Words, Excell, Power Point. Ability to utilize Catia and or Enovia viewing software. Read Blueprints.
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum Experience: 5 years QA experience.
Boeing Q.A. experience is a Plus.
