Typical day in the life of a Software Engineer:
- Development support
- Troubleshoot application issues
- Collaborate with the vendor
- Provide configuration management support
What are we looking for?
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team
-Willingness to take on challenges to upgrade or modify sustainment systems
-Utilize software development and software design methodologies appropriate to the development environment and consistent with CMS' DevOps objective
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, Oracle, Linux, Git
-Technical Bachelor's degree
- Experience working with Git for source code management
- Experience working in an Agile Development Team
- System Administration background
- Experience managing the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) to include requirements definition, design, development, test, deployment, and sustainment
-Six (6) years of experience in software development/engineering
- Four (4) years of additional software development experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree for a total of ten (10) years of experience
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- Experience developing and updating technical documentation"

- 401K - 100% match on the first 1% of pay and 25% match on the next 4% of pay for a maximum match of 2%; 3-year cliff vesting schedule
