Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree with performance in computer science, information systems engineering, business or a related discipline or equivalent relevant work experience.2+ years of technical experience in IT infrastructure (or related) functions.Highly proficient in infrastructure requirement gathering and documentationTechnical proficient in mid- tier platforms Linux/Unix/windows/VMware)Ability to understand and interpret large/complex delivery contracts.Understand and measure service level agreements.Ability to gather/report/analyze infrastructure related performance / Availability data and statistics.Excellent verbal and written communications skills.Strong project management and facilitation skillsPreferred Qualification
Working Service now, SAMpro, Flexera experience.Excel, Power BI and SharePoint experience.Strong report writing and data analytic skills.Strong personal organizational skills.Ability to work well in groups or autonomously
