Marathon TS is seeking qualified and skilled individuals to join our NGEN team.NGEN is the Next Generation Enterprise Network responsible for maintain and modernizing the global network of the Navy and Marine Corps.Enterprise Service Desk Mid and Senior levelQualifications:Mid Level:High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of experienceConduct operations in support of the Enterprise Service Desk.Execute scripts and answer calls.Troubleshoot, resolve, and/or escalate technical issues.Correlate events and incidents for management of Information Technology (IT) Services.Experience in IT required including at least one (1) year of customer service experience in IT.Must possess Security+ CEActive Secret Clearance

Senior levelHigh School Diploma or GED and 3 years experience

Conduct operations in support of the Enterprise Service Desk.Execute scripts and answer calls.Troubleshoot, resolve, and/or escalate technical issues.Correlate events and incidents for management of Information Technology (IT) Services.Experience in IT customer service including two (2) years of IT ticketing systemExperience and one (1) year of experience in remote desk takeover tools and usage.Experience meeting service level goals and targets.Must possess Security+ CEActive Secret Clearance#CJJOBSMarathon TS is committed to the development of a creative, diverse and inclusive work environment.
