We are currently hiring for an experienced onsite Desktop Support Technician L2 to support our customer at their location in Lakewood, COA Desktop Support Technician L2 provides technical assistance to customers regarding various hardware and software applications. Their main duties include troubleshooting and diagnosing different technical issues, assessing and understanding user needs and issuesand recommends technical fixes to end usersQualifications for Desktop Support Technician• Hands-on experience with Windows/Mac OS environments• Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners• Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs• Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills• Customer-oriented attitude• L2/L3 Desktop technician 7+ years of experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows- based systems• Experienced in imaging and deploying computers• Very experienced in O365 products, particularly MS Teams• Ability to work with minimal direction/supervision

Apple - 7 years of Exp
Deskside Support Experience - 7 years of exp
Imaging Experience - 7 years of exp
Microsoft Windows - 7 years of exp
Networking Experience - 3 years
