is seeking a highly motivatedand skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. What you will do :Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with user inquiries.Maintain, repair, and upgrade computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and networking equipment.Install, configure, and update software applications, ensuring optimal functionality and security.Set up and manage network connections, addressing connectivity issues and ensuring data security.Implement and enforce IT security protocols, monitor for security threats, and respond to incidents.Perform regular data backups and develop data recovery procedures in case of system failures or data loss.Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and support requests.Provide training and guidance to employees on the use of software and hardware, as well as best practices for IT security.Participate in planning and executing IT system upgrades, expansions, and procurement activities.Monitor IT systems for performance and reliability, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.Manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) responsibilities, including configuring and securing mobile devices, enforcing security policies, and ensuring compliance with MDM protocols.Collaborate with outside vendors to improve IT policies and procedures.Wireless network management and supportMaintain and update active directory password security protocol for logical org hierarchy.What it takes to be successful :

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Proven experience in providing IT support in a professional environment.Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.Familiarity with network setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.Understanding of IT security principles and best practices.Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions and policies.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Relevant industry certifications a (e.g. Comp TIA A+. MSFT IT Professional) a plusWeekends and evening availability a must.HRIS/CRM Experience a plus. IE: Zoho, QuickBooks, Viventium
