We are seeking an Tier 2 IT Support Professional to join our team! You will collaborate with our team and clients to resolve IT-related issues for our B2B clients.

Note:

You must be located in the Portland or Salem Oregon region, as some work will be required now and then in our clients offices.

Resolve issues for clients remotely (90%) and as necessary in-person (10%).

Offer assistance & collaborate with other team members

Minimum qualifications:

Previous demonstrated experience in IT customer service or helpdesk roles.

Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.

Strong cloud and desktop support background.

Demonstrated experience with Microsoft 365, Sharepoint and other cloud technologies

Demonstrated experience with networking, Windows servers and Microsoft Azure preferred.

Four years experience and/or a college/technical school degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.

Past employment experience working with an MSP preferred.

Exceptional and demonstrable verbal and written communication skills.

Positive attitude and professional demeanor

Exceptional attention to detail.

Unwavering ability to follow instructions and adhere to policies.

A valid driver's license and your own reliable, insured transportation.
