**NOTE: This position can be filled in any of the locations listed below, but is also open to current work-from-home talent.**POSITION PURPOSE:Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is hiring a Senior Implementation Project Manager.In this position, you will implement and support the UKG Workforce Dimensions/ADP Workforce Manager and Payroll solutions to achieve all STG Professional Services KPIs through the successful provision of consulting and implementation services to UKG and ADP Clients in line with agreed standards and time frames.You should have the leadership and analytical skills to ensure projects reach the finish line, on time, within scope and within budget. Responsible for onboarding and training new Project Managers as well as bringing technical expertise to release readiness, BPI and transformation activities.RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closureCreate project plans, including deliverables, activities, timeliness and budgetsDirect day-to-day activities of projects and staff in matrixed organizationEnsure milestones are successfully met through oversight of project vehicles and coordination of resourcesWork collaboratively with other departments impacting project.Lead communication with stakeholders and team members through completion of the projectProvide scheduled and on-demand status reports and updatesDirect project timeliness and budgetsAssess, manage, resolve and escalate (if necessary) risks and issuesTailor processes to meet the needs of individual projectsMake decisions based on information and input in a timely mannerWork on projects of high complexity
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors degree in Business AdministrationAt least three years of project management experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:PMP or equivalent professional project management certificationExperience with ADP WorkforceManager, UKG Dimensions, Kronos WFC/ WorkforceCentral, ADP eTime or other similar systemsImplementation experience is highly preferredExperience with project management tools and structured methodologiesKnowledge of functional area and related company productsExcellent organizational, planning and time management skills for handling multiple and conflicting activitiesExcellent negotiation, communication, presentation and facilitation skillsExpertise with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and VisionCommitment to being accountable for resultsCapacity for building relationships both internally and externallyHigh focus on client serviceAbility to think independently and make decisionsExcellent interpersonal skillsCollaborative approach to workCapacity to effectively lead a team of peers to adhere to the overall project timeline
