3 Key Consulting is hiring a Business Analyst Senior Associate for a consulting engagement with our direct client, a leading global bio-pharmaceutical company.
Job Summary:
This role functions as the liaison between functional business units and the IS organization.Must possess the skills to clearly capture and articulate the client's processes, partner with the client to identify process improvement, and translate strategies into information solutions.Role varies between client focused and application focused.
Top Must have Skill Sets
:
Expert working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, lookup tables, macros) andMust have Smartsheet (developing automatic data collection and building live dashboards)2-3+ years of data analytics experienceDon't have to have a college degree with a master in Smartsheet's and excel .Skills Preferred; experience on a project team, and an FDA-regulated industry (pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics)Day-To-Day Responsibilities

Assist with data analytics and managing process activities associated with Advancing Year Over Year Productivity by performing analysis activities, building and refining data generation models, maintain ideation database, and monitor status of ideas.Perform quarterly analysis activities to monitor latest estimates against target goalsBuild and refine models used for data generation based upon feedback from Business OwnerCollect details of new ideas and populate into ideation databaseCollect input from Business Owner and subject matter experts to prepare productivity idea implementation status reports for executive leadershipParticipate in ideation sessionsDevelop, build, and maintain Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboard; fluent in understanding each metric and providing an executive summary to the health of each metricRed Flags

No knowledge of excel, Smartsheet's, pivot tables, data collection, tableau, etc.No data analytics experience
