A large healthcare system is searching for a compassionate BE/BC orthopedic surgeon to join our team of 3 orthopedic surgeons. You'll experience a team-oriented work environment with experienced colleagues. Exciting things are happening and now is a great time to become a part of our team. We have recently held the grand opening of our new 20,000 square foot Women's Center that houses modern labor and delivery rooms, gynecological surgery facilities and educational spaces and our new 100,000 square foot medical office building, attached to the hospital, that includes flexible clinics, procedure suites, centralized imaging facilities, an updated pharmacy, a new food service area and a Starbucks.

Position is open due to increased volume.Call is 1:3, call pay available if exceeding contractual call requirementsCurrently there are 2 full-time orthopedic surgeons and 1 full-time orthopedic/spine surgeon employed by the hospitalSupports one hospital and one clinicClinic is Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.X-ray onsite in clinicPhysicians have their own nurse plus additional float nurses5 OR rooms with dedicated block timeMAKO robot assisted partial knee, total knee, total hipMD/DO Anesthesia coverage with CRNA supportStrong primary care referral baseHospitalist team support12 bed ICU with critical care specialist24/7 Hospitalist coverageInterventional RadiologyAnnual ER visits: 28,000 - 30,000Teaching opportunities are availableOrthopedic Surgeon Current procedures:

We accept J1 and H1B applicants. We are also located in the Delta Regional Authority which has no limit on J1 waivers and there is no waiver application deadline.
