People's Family of Corporations (PFC) consists of three nonprofit agencies providing health care, dental, behavioral health, and community outreach to underserved populations throughout St. Louis and the surrounding areas.Position Summary:

This position will provide technical and procedural solutions to coordinate with overall healthcare systems, business systems, and Information System integration. Works cooperatively and supportive with other departments; manages the day-to-day operations of the IT department, participates in systematically assessing PFC's IT needs and the success of support activities.

This is not a work from home position.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties are not all inclusive, other duties may be assigned.

Ensures that all Information Technology (IT) systems are maintained and managed in accordance with the industry standards and per PFCs policies and procedures, with the goal to achieve maximum benefits, effective security, and reliability.

Responsible for designing, documenting, implementing, and maintaining an effective support center methodology and process; manages the life cycle of every support center call including follow-up and feedback contacts.

Ensures that the IT department provides comprehensive, integrated, reliable, high-quality information technology services in the areas of hardware/software support, management, administration, installation, sourcing, and security.

Serves as a source of documentation and standards to help direct the activities of the IT Department.

Initiates and directs special projects as required to improve the technology footprint for the organization.

Plans, manages, and supports voice, data, and video services including the network, servers, computers, and peripherals. Develops solutions for large scale IT projects, researches and evaluates new, develops new configurations and procedures to improve and expand capabilities of the IT department.

Coordinates and schedules staff, responds to repair projects and complex network problems, ensures proper follow-up of installations, and reported problem, negotiates cost for inventory equipment, material and supplies needed for repairs and installations.

Accept and perform other work as assigned and assume duties of others during absences when assigned.

Perform required on-call rotation in conjunction with the rest of the Information Technology team members.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from an accredited college or university.

Experience with Windows Server builds, Active Directory, DHCP and DNS.

Experience with Microsoft 365 suite of products (Teams, Office 365, OneDrive, SharePoint etc).

Knowledge/experience with cloud technologies (Azure), a plus.

Experience with Cisco networking devices, routing, switching, a plus.

Advanced excel skills required. Knowledge/experience with writing SQL queries/stored procedures a plus.

Experience with other programming languages (python, PowerShell, java) a plus.

Knowledge of the design of LAN/WANs, remote access, and all its components.

Experience with PC's and Network design.

Knowledge in Disaster Recovery and backup operation procedures and tools.

Experience working with all versions of the Windows OS and MS Office applications.

Highly effective communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and work without direct supervision. Extremely customer/User oriented.
