Dallas, TX - Hybrid - 3 days a week in Office
This is a 6 Month Contract - NO C2C - NO EXCEPTIONS
This role is Contract to Hire (CTH), and the duration of the contract is through the end of the year.
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
Job Summary
Looking for a strong ETL developer with hands-on experience in developing large scale Data engineering pipelines for financial services and preferably for risk management.Minimum 7 years of related experience in building and maintaining large scale Data warehouse applications in cloud.Minimum 3 years of experience in Talend ETL tool as a developer, developing complex ETL pipelines loading data into snowflake Database.Design, develop and performance tuning Talend ETL code for large volume and complex transformations.Hands on experience in Shell, python scripting handling orchestrations of ETL pipelines.Hands on experience in creating and managing Autosys JILs for orchestration.Minimum 5 years of Hands-on experience in writing, tuning, and managing complex SQL for real-time reporting from large scale data warehouse systems in Snowflake, Oracle etc.3 years of experience in writing and performance tuning of PL/SQL languages with best practices and standards.Strong hands-on experience in bitbucket, git, Liquibase and managing multiple versions of release and CICD pipelines.Good understanding of Enterprise Data integration concepts, Data warehouse modelling and Data architecture patterns.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (Hiring Companies ATS Questions) :
1. Do you have a minimum 7 years of related experience in building and maintaining large scale Data warehouse applications in cloud.
2. Do you have a minimum 5 years of experience as Reporting analyst creating SQL based reports for financial risk management and functions in snowflake for large scale data warehouse.
3. Do you have deep understanding on financial risk management for Treasuries, Mortgage-backed securities, bonds, and equities.
4. Do you have a good understanding of Data warehouse concepts, Dimensional modelling, Enterprise Data integration and Analytics.
5. Do you have hands on experience in setting up and managing code repositories, CICD pipelines using bitbucket, Liquibase and Jenkins.
6. Do you have a minimum 3 years of experience in generating SQL scripts and functions in snowflake for large scale data reports.
7. Do you have experience in shell and python scripting, JavaScript & AngularJS is a plus.
