The Salon Customer Relations Team Member provides exceptional service to our clients every time they visit. Beyond hospitality and customer service, they also support the smooth running of salon operations and helps manage the flow from open to close. Check clients in and out, book appointments, sell retail, accurate record keeping of clients, resolve client issues, upbeat positive vibes, create fun!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide a high level of customer service to customersReach daily, weekly, sales goalsResolve any Customer Service issues that arises with professionalism and aligned with the company's valuesProvide support to hairstylistsAssist salon management in daily tasksFacilitate successful appointment check-in process including seating and communicating with stylists at check inBook new appointmentsBe proactive, helpful and efficientBe a team player and promote camaraderiePromote and maintain the Sharkey's Cuts for Kids brand aesthetic, atmosphere and cultureManage day to day businessQUALIFICATIONS
Prior customer service managementPrior Sales experiencePrior scheduling experiencePrior experience managing a team a plusActively participate in sales and customer service feedback to meet sales bonus and team bonusesOutstanding customer service and problem-solving skillsExceptional communication skills and ability to work with a wide range of personalitiesFriendly and professional phone and email etiquetteExperience with basic word processing and spreadsheets a plusExperience with Salon Ultimate software a plus but not necessarySalon experienced preferred

Pay:
• $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
• Commission from retail sales
Experience level:
• 3 years
Shift:
• 4-hour shift
• 8-hour shift
Work setting: In-person
Ability to commute to salon in Round Rock, TX (Required)
Experience:
• Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
• Scheduling: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
