Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Sales & Event Coordinator to oversee and organize events while driving sales for the newest, most innovative brewery in Fort Worth. You will ensure events are successful while also overseeing community outreach to drive new clientele and corporate business. An event manager is, above all, a project manager who understands marketing and promotion techniques. We want to see enthusiastic candidates with fresh ideas and the organizational skills required to not leave anything about an event to chance. We have been growing the Fort brand since 2018 and have recently moved into a brand new 25,000 sq. foot facility with amazing amenities such as- Expansive outdoor patio with a state-of-the-art sound system and retractable roof.- Brand new brew system and canning line.- The wine Room features an extensive wine selection.- Barrel Room with carefully selected barrels for beer conditioning.- Beer and Wine training with reimbursable certifications for team members.- State-of-the-art food truck and double-decker bus featuring a rooftop patio.

Responsibilities• Execute events from start to finish according to guest needs.• Come up with suggestions to enhance the event and drive bigger sales.• Prepare budgets, book food truck locations, and book weekly events in house.• Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.• Lead promotional activities for the Brewery as directed by leadership.• Supervise all team members involved in the event or promotion.• Communicate all staffing needs to management in a timely manner.• Ensure the event is completed smoothly; resolve any problems that might occur.Send weekly sales recaps to executive leadership.Help drive social media exposure/engagement for events.Some nights and weekends are required.Requirements:• Proven experience as event manager (Food truck knowledge is a bonus!)• Skilled in project management• Knowledge of marketing techniques for driving new business (food trucks & private dining/events)• Computer savvy• Outstanding communication and negotiation ability• Excellent organizational skills• A knack for problem-solving• Customer-service orientation• A team player with leadership skills• Must be comfortable with community outreach and building relationships.Social Media proficiency is a plus.Please fill out the survey on the following link after submitting your application.https://take.surveys.ci/s/97Z359LU89/54450
