Detailed Scope SharePoint Online Systems Administrator:

DT Services to work under the direction of the customer to assist with the following tasks:

● Assist with creation, management, and maintenance of SharePoint sites, document libraries, SharePoint lists, and user access and permissions.

● Collaborate with internal teams to understand their SharePoint needs and provide guidance and support.

● Set up data gateways for various SharePoint Online sources supporting Power BI Dashboards

● Configure SharePoint permissions and sensitivity labels for sites.

● Running and maintaining PowerShell scripts for automatically setting SharePoint permissions

● Managing data access and governance through Microsoft Purview administrative controls

● Front-end content cleanup of SharePoint Online lists and libraries- duplication elimination, bulk upload of new data fields

● Prepare online data for migration to from Salesforce to SharePoint systems.

● Configure SharePoint Online development and production environments to ensure consistency between those environments
