The Opportunity:

The IT Systems Engineer II requires both proven experience, outstanding customer service and personal communication skills. The successful candidate is a leader, who identifies problems, participates in designing solutions, and holds themselves accountable. You will be working onsite and remotely and ALWAYS engaging with clients. The position requires problem solving and solution building. You will be encouraged to keep learning.

Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

previous managed service provider (MSP) experience, 5+ years hands-on experience.setting up, configuring, troubleshooting networks, Windows servers and workstations, Active Directory, O365deep experience with virtualization technologies such as VMWare, Hyper-Vexperienced with cloud platforms such as Azure and/or AWSsetting up, configuring firewalls such as Sonicwall, Sophos, Watchguard, Fortinet, Ciscobackup technologies including cloud-based backups such as Datto, Veeamexperience with RMM (remote monitoring and management) such as Kaseya, ticketing system such as Autotask or Connectwise.provided exceptional customer service and technical expertise on inbound calls and tickets generated by customersperformed onsite systems, network and security assessments using standard best practices and industry standard tools (ed Network Detective/RapidFire)possesses strong leadership, organizational and time-management skillsresults-oriented, self-motivated, energetic, professional, reliable and a team playersales training/experience is a plusIdeally you will have one or more of the following certifications:

CompTIA Net+ and/or CompTIA Security+CCNA or CCIE-Cisco certifications a real plusMCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator/Solutions Associate) or MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) MCITP Microsoft Certified IT Professional, MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert)

Work Environment:

Work is performed in our Bellevue office and in client's sites primarily located in Bellevue, Redmond and Kirkland. Occasionally work may be in the greater Puget Sound area.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
