The role of DTAC/NOC support engineers is to provide Implementation and Test and Turn up support for network implementations. Acts as a single point of contact to customer for implementing network solution, Support includes troubleshooting connectivity issues including and not limited to underlay network issues.

Key Requirements:Experience of MPLS, IGP, SD-WAN, NetConf, NMS & OSS/BSS protocols.Should have profound knowledge of network planning or optimization theory and good communication ability.Experience in SDN and Networking technologiesDemonstrated experience with LAN/WAN, routing protocols,troubleshooting, and scriptingIndustrial certifications in Cisco, Juniper, Fortigate/Palo Alto products/technologies is desirableDemonstration of CCNA knowledge (or vendor alternatives) is desirableCloud technologies and security services (Zscaler) is desirableVOIP or wireless knowledge is an advantageNEXT-Gen Firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet) is welcomedWill be required to work in various shifts(Day/Night) including holidays and weekends. Overtime as neededResponsibilities:

Test and troubleshoot various circuit types - Ethernet, T1/E1, T3/E3, BB, LTEccess MPLS backbone routers (Cisco, Juniper) and troubleshoot at various layersConfigure Quality of Servicessists in network troubleshooting and provides input for root cause analysis for network related outagesMeet and maintain a dialog with support teams and vendors to support data center operations and projectsWork with remote technicians and install various network elements associated with network deployments. This can include but is not limited to various white box solutions, vNFs or other hardware components such as Cisco routers, Riverbed WAN Accelerators, Visual probes, LAN Switches, Wireless Netgates, LTE or Broadband modems, etc.Manage and control a test and turn-up bridge required for service activationccurate documentation of activation activities, notes, client communication, etc.Coordination of bridge calls, communication to engage resources and vendors to resolve issues.Provide support coordination, escalation and troubleshooting assistance for data center infrastructure including NetworkingTroubleshoot various circuit types - Ethernet, T1/E1, T3/E3, BB, LTEccess MPLS backbone routers (Cisco, Juniper) and troubleshoot at various layersEnsure monitoring of batch scheduling and backup jobs and perform initial troubleshooting and escalation as documented upon failureTroubleshooting hardware and serving as an on-site resource for data center Participate in resolution
