Business Analyst - Dynamics AX

Purpose The Business Analyst will be an integral position within the IT department. This individual will spend the majority of their time assisting in a variety of IT functions, using their knowledge of the Dynamics AX application tree to assist users with application customization, development and reporting. The analyst will be part of a team that will use problem-solving skills to design, develop, implement and maintain Jaycos Dynamics AX related systems and process flows. Essential Functions Learn/understand Jayco Dynamics AX 2012 R3 application environment Configuration of business applications. Understand and utilize AOT layer in AX Document processes and procedures for end users and technical personnel. Coordinate with end users to solve AX problems Define application/configuration requirements for developers. Comply with all company policies and procedures Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Associates degree preferred in one of these areas: Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field. In-depth Dynamics AX/D365 application tree experience preferred Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT operations with a solid understanding of object oriented code development in a public company (SOX compliance). Experience with X is preferred Experience supporting internal customers across all areas of an organization Experience with reporting tools such as PowerBI and SSRS a plus.
