As a DevOps engineer, you know how to set up cloud environments and provision computer networking, storage, and virtual networks-ultimately, how to "harness the cloud." We're looking for a seasoned DevOps infrastructure engineer like you to support our clients as they modernize their IT infrastructures and meet their most challenging missions.
As a lead DevOps infrastructure engineer at Booz Allen, you'll oversee a team of cloud architects and engineers as they manage server configuration for modern cloud solutions. You'll apply your skills and experience within a DevOps framework to establish or provision virtual machines or networks and use cloud service providers to further your clients' meaningful missions. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.

You Have:
8+ years of experience in the development of tools and processes to drive DevOps or DevSecOps maturity by automating builds, regression testing, monitoring, and pushing releases across environments8+ years of experience with troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving issues related to CI/CD pipeline failures or slowness5+ years of experience with commercial cloud service providers, including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, containers, serverless architecture, micro-services, Web services, and RESTful API designExperience with deploying active AWS or Azure services using Infrastructure-as-Code technologies, including CloudFormation or TerraformExperience with provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of software and infrastructure-as-code in a DevOpsExperience with deploying CI/CD solutions to cloud based environments supporting a continuous integration and development and continuous delivery and release workflowExperience with developing API solutions using Infrastructure-as-Code and Cloud oriented strategiesExperience in working within an Agile and version-controlled environment, familiarity with associated policies and best practicesTS/SCI clearance with a polygraphBachelor's degreeNice If You Have:
Experience with common development languages to build, troubleshoot, and deploy CI/CD artifacts to production environmentsExperience with CICD and Agile Development tools, including GitLab, Atlassian, or JenkinsExperience with developing Linux based solutions using commercial cloudExperience with deploying and managing logging and monitoring solutions supporting rapid deploymentsExperience with continuous delivery environment using automated deployment and testing frameworksBachelor's degree in associate Cloud Computing or Technology
