The Position
We have a great opportunity for a Manager of Corporate Tax in our Lewisville Corporate office. This is a 100+ year-old Company with an extremely bright future ahead. See what it's all about! This position drives the tax compliance process for a multinational corporation. The role develops and maintains interdepartmental relationships and works closely with the Tax Director and Corporate Controller to complete the ASC 740 income tax provision, manage federal and state audits, and evaluate acquisition targets. The position will report to the Tax Director.

Facilitating the timely filing of all income, franchise, property, sales, and use tax returnsManage income and sales/use tax auditsReview ASC 740 income tax provisionMaintain and foster relationships with external service providersEvaluate potential acquisition targets and advise management on tax ramifications of the transactionQualifications
Qualifications
Minimum of four to six years public accounting experience in taxExperience with OneSource Tax Software (Go Systems equivalent)Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writingAbility to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsEducation
Bachelor's degree requiredMaster's degree preferredCPA candidate preferred
