Responsibilities:
Ensure adherence to database standards and optimize end-user applications.Demonstrate a strong command of data backup, recovery, security, integrity, and SQL optimization.Participate in database design, documentation, and coding efforts to enhance system efficiency.Utilize DBA tools (frontend/backend) and third-party applications effectively.Collaborate with developers to integrate programming languages APIs with the database systems.

40% Database Administration: Manage and maintain databases, ensuring their smooth operation, high performance, and security.40% ETL Development: Design, develop, and maintain Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to facilitate data integration and analytics.20% Database Architecture: Contribute to the database design process and provide technical expertise to improve the overall database environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience with MS SQL on AWS C2S, including a track record of successful database administration and performance optimization.Strong understanding of data backup and recovery strategies, as well as database security measures.Familiarity with database design principles, documentation practices, and coding standards.Proficiency in using various DBA tools, both frontend and backend, and experience with third-party applications.Knowledge of programming languages and their integration with databases.
