The Field Services analyst provides hardware (desktop, laptop, tablet), software and printer support to users while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Performs field support activities with direction from Supervising Analyst or IT Analyst level personnel, which may include:Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktop operating systems and application software. Examples include, Windows 10 Windows 11, MS Office Suite 2016, Office 365, anti-virus, and encryption software.Active directory account administrationParticipate in projects for testing, hardware rollouts, adds, moves, and upgrades, as needed.General IT technical support, troubleshooting, and documentation for customers and internal IT staffReceive, inventory and install new equipment, process surplus IT equipment leaving the environment, or relocate equipment.Perform user and system requirements gathering and analysisDetermine requirements, design and build for customer use hardwareDetermine proper installation parameters for software and hardwareAnalyze, detect, identify and correct technical problems and deficienciesProperly escalate issues and follow through to successful resolutionMonitor system performance.
Candidate should have:Excellent customer service skills and professional conductKnowledge of personal computers and peripheral devicesAbility to apply logic in analyzing technology solutionsStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to perform effectively both independently and as a team memberWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows 10Understanding of system imaging utilities such as TrueImage, and SCCM/MECM OSD
