Beehive Federal Credit Union is seeking a part-time Operations Clerk to work at our Rexburg Administration Office, 20-29 hours per week M-F, 4-6 hours per day. Shift will vary from day to day depending on business needs. ***The successful candidate will be available year-round.***
Job Description
Provides general support to all areas of the Operations Department for special projects and regular tasks as needed. Assists with mail processing and supply runs. Services ATMs (balancing, stocking, general maintenance), and enters data into computer system through scanning and indexing credit union documents. Will actively engage in needs-based selling.
Qualifications
Must have basic internet skills, basic computer skills, and be able to answer phones and direct calls. High school or equivalent education required with six months of similar or related experience.
