Job Duties & Responsibilities :
1) Creating the data,2) Helping coordinate and run Data Reviews,3) Running several processes to transform the data to formats for delivery.Client is looking for an engineer well versed with computing on Unix platforms (starting, stopping, evaluating process output, large file transfers, etc.,), with some level of scripting knowledge to potentially automate steps in the process. An ideal candidate is one who has a background in computing science/engineering programs.Skills: Computing on Unix-based platforms (RedHat 7 and 8). Scripting knowledge to support Automation steps (ULA uses an in-house Matlab-based app). Ability to work on large projects in a larger group with cross-functional subject matter experts. Good communication skills. Knowledge of MS Excel macrosExperience: 3 +
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, but Associates or certificates in computing are acceptable. HS diploma acceptable
