Overview: We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our revenue growth team. You will be leading development and optimization efforts for all marketing and revenue growth related data pipelines, which then need to be integrated into Looker Studio for advanced data visualization. Beyond technical prowess, your role also involves crafting actionable insights vital to steering our marketing and revenue growth strategies. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python / R and BigQuery Elevate workflow efficiency and reliability; ensure data validity, accuracy and integrity across the steps Craft sophisticated data augmentation processes tailored for complex analytics frameworks Integrate customer data platform with various marketing platforms to allow for the execution of omnichannel strategies Automate data flow across disparate data bases and marketing platforms to turbo charge marketing team's productivity Utilize Looker Studio to build compelling dashboards and reports; create and maintain a comprehensive alerting and anomaly detection framework to enable timely reaction from business users Transform complex data into actionable insights to improve the performance of marketing campaigns and revenue growth initiatives Collaborate closely with non-technical marketing roles to make sure data can be consumed and interpreted appropriately Qualifications Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field 5 years' experience in data engineering, focusing on pipeline development and optimization, data augmentation, and visualization Proficiency in SQL, Python or R Familiarity with GCP / BigQuery / Looker Studio Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Adaptability to evolving technologies, industry best practices, and advancements in GCP/Looker Studio Ability to work and communicate with both technical and non-technical team members Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that evaluates success based on both business impact and the volume/frequency of output Self-starter who is highly detail-oriented and an enthusiastic team player Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and ensure timelines are met Knowledge in e-commerce, DTC marketing, customer segmentation and personalization a plus Experience with Twilio Segment and Google Analytics a plus If you're an experienced Data Engineer looking to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced tech company, this opportunity is tailor-made for you.
