SEAKR is seeking qualified Undergraduate and Graduate Interns to actively participate in real-world assignments, help solve challenging problems and contribute to the development of the next-generation of space electronics.SEAKR Engineering Internships

SEAKR Engineering is excited to welcome a dynamic and motivated Data Analyst Intern to support our Business Integration initiatives, with a primary focus on Engineering and Program Management. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to real-world projects.

We are specifically seeking a candidate with a unique blend of technical skill and business acumen.ResponsibilitiesCollaboratively gather and document business system requirements through guided research.Assist in extracting, preparing, and optimizing datasets with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.Learn and contribute to the design, modification, and development of software solutions following the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Support the creation of dashboards, forms, and reports to turn data into actionable insights for decision-making.Contribute to the implementation of new SEAKR processes in alignment with internal company initiatives.Actively seek opportunities to apply effective data analysis, data management strategies, and Lean principles.Provide support for existing systems, working with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.Qualifications

Education and/or ExperienceCurrently a rising Junior or above pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or related training/experience.Other Skills and AbilitiesEagerness to learn and contribute to preparing SQL statements and creating basic data visualizations.Exposure to tools like SSRS, Power BI or Tableau, Excel, Ad Hoc reporting.Familiarity with languages such as SQL (basic queries), Python (a plus), and Excel functions.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with effective verbal and written communication.Enthusiasm for gaining experience in data analysis within a team-oriented environment.This internship provides a solid foundation for a self-motivated problem solver to learn and contribute in a collaborative and professional atmosphere.Additional Information
