We are seeking a dedicated and experienced dentist to join our team in Millinocket/Brownville and Houlton, Maine. The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice dentistry in Maine and have experience providing general dental care. The dentist will provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, including preventive care, restorative care, and cosmetic care. The dentist will also work with other dental team members to provide coordinated care to patients.
Compensation:
Competitive salarySigning bonusCME: $2,500 annually with one week of paid timeRelocation up to $5,000Health insurance -Employee is 100% paid, 100% Dental Benefit for employee and family40 hours of PTO in year (1) and 88 hours in year (2), 10 paid holidaysProfessional Liability Insurance through FTCA at no cost to the employeeEligible for Educational Loan Repayment through NHSCShort and Long-term disability paid 100%, life insurance paid (2) times salary.What You Will Do:
Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all agesPerform preventive care such as cleanings, exams, and X-raysProvide restorative care such as fillings, crowns, and bridgesProvide cosmetic care such as whitening, veneers, and bondingWork with other members of the dental team to provide coordinated care to patientsParticipate in continuing education to maintain and improve clinical skillsProvide education and support to patients and familiesAdhere to all clinic policies and proceduresWhat You Need:
State of Maine license to practice dentistryExperience in general dentistryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to maintain confidentialityWhy You Should Apply:
