Mainframe Prod Support Engineer

- Should posses experience in driving Mainframe Systems in PROD Operations out of which should posses atleast 2 to 3 years of experience in Leading a PROD Support team- Should have atleast 2 to 5 Yrs of experience in COBOL, JCL, CA7 and DB2- Telecom Billing Experince will be added advantage- Should be willing to work in 24 * 7 Shifts (across three shifts)- Should be good in Troubleshooting and coming up with RCA by adhering to SLA defined- Should have experience in Collaborating with Multiple teams and drive the Live Bridge calls to successful Issue resolution across different teams- Should posses experience in arriving at SOP for PROD Support- Should posses experience in understanding Batch Jobs- Should be well versed with different Reporting mechanisms
