Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 a year
OTA is seeking System Administrators to provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. Our System Administrators will manage IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices. Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation)
Provide support for identification, diagnosis and resolution of IT problems
Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems
Implement systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance
Provide feedback to agency management and internal customers
Qualifications
Active TS/SCI clearance
Current Full Scope Polygraph
5 years of experience as a System Administrator
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or
5 additional years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
