What you are good at:

Keeping IT systems rolling -

(at least two years of experience desired). You have a demonstrable record as a successful computer/network technician.Setting up new equipment, maintaining system hardware, implementing new solutions, and monitoring system security

each day will bring different, jack of all trades responsibilityThinking on your feet - responding to service tickets and requests . You like learning new things, and you can learn quickly. When things change - and they will - you go with the flow and are productive and responsive to user requests.Teaching others the basics of IT

whether basic computer/software usage or teaching aspiring teen IT professionals cloud computing, system engineering or other skills!Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada (BGCSNV) is seeking an Information Technology Technical Support Representative to maintain the overall function and maintenance of all IT systems and softwared and the day-to-day mechanicals. This candidate works closely with the department team and maintains working relationships with Clubhouse Leadership and other organizational staff to identify solutions for any IT related processes. Preferred Candidates will have the following:

Degree in computer technology, information technology, or a related field.Two years of experience as a computer technician.Knowledge of computer skills including MS Windows operating systems and productivity software systems. Microsoft MCP or MCSE certifications, CompTIA's A+, Network+ or Security+.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, youth ages 6-18, families, vendors, and other partners

Compensation:

This position pays

starting from $50,000 annually

but may qualify for a higher starting rate depending on your skills and experience.

Full-time benefits after the first day of the month following 60 days of employment. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance, 401(k), Paid Holidays, Paid Time Off and Employee Assistance Program. Employment with BGCSNV may qualify for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
