Overview:
Transitional Primary Care service line will see adult patients who are
transitioning from Urgent Care back to their primary care provider
with more chronic care needsClinics are open Monday-Friday (8A-8P) and weekends (9A-5P)More autonomy with mentoring and support when neededOn-site staff of Rad Techs and Medical Assistants to assist with vitals, reviewing medications, applying splints, and administering meds and vaccinesBeautiful, brand new facilities with a small lab, Portable X-ray, EKG & EPIC EMRHourly pay based on specialty training and experienceComprehensive Benefit package provided
