Job Description:

Produces and issues identification credentials to comply with company requirements to insure persons on company property are identified and are authorized to access property. Utilizes company standard production equipment and supplies. Verifies identification and proof of citizenship for export compliance. Performs on-line background checks of non-employees. Ensures compliance with government and company requirements regarding access. Enters required records into provided data management systems. Maintains pertinent databases, logs and records in compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Responds to authorized inquiries.

Portland Boeing Badge Office Operator performs tasks in support of all badging, employee and non-employee. These tasks include processing paperwork for non-employee background screenings, creation and maintenance of badging profiles in multiple systems, printing all securebadges for the Portland, PDX, and Helena Boeing sites, auditing the Boeing Temporary Badging system, processing of traffic citations and additional administration duties, as required. Position requires Unarmed Officer Oregon DPSST certification to enable access to Oregon DMV records.

Must have excellent business software experience and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment without direct supervision.

Required skills/qualifications:1. Intermediate MS skills2. Ability to work independently, as well as organize and track their own work statement.

Education / Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience).
