Position Summary
As a QA Engineer, you will help us to ensure the quality of industry-best games and systems! From hand-held tablet devices to Las Vegas style gaming cabinets, our array of products is diverse and advanced. Quality is one of our most important directives at Arrow and as such we take it very seriously. On a day-to-day basis you will work with engineering employees and product management employees to ensure the quality and reliability of our products.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
The QA Engineer is responsible for executing regression, functional and end to end test cases as assigned by Senior or Lead QA engineer.Work with QA lead, and Senior QA engineer(s) to create high-quality test-case based in the requirements, and acceptance criteria.Provide updates and data for the Daily Status Reports sent to stakeholders for ongoing projects.Report all defects found during testing.Create defects in Jira in the approved template.Attend daily stand meetings to provide updates on testing and defects.Requirements
Experience and Education
Passion for QA, high quality, and high production values.Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA. Preferably with 1+ years of games (class 3 or class 2) software testingKnowledge of testing methodologies within Agile, iterative project management with continuous delivery.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high fluency in defect tracking.Ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior management.
