The HRIS Team is part of the People Technology organization. We work collaboratively to enable delivery and support of multiple HR priorities, executing on operational plans as well as designing and implementing Workday solutions that provide an awesome end user experience for our Workforce.

Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly collaborative Senior Business Systems Analyst (Workday). The primary area of focus will be Workday Application Management (Core HCM, Payroll Integrations PICOF/PECI). You will leverage deep technical and functional process expertise to develop scalable technology solutions for our growing workforce.

Our Payroll partner in Canada is ADP, and we are shifting from their Pay at Work product to ADP Workforce Now . We need an experienced WD BSA to work alongside our WD Integrations and Payroll teams to ensure a successful transition.

To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

5 years of experience working in the Workday ecosystem with advanced techno/functional knowledge in the following areas: Core HCM, Payroll Integrations (PICOF/PECI), Reporting, EIBs and calculated fields. Recent hands-on experience working on global WD Payroll projects highly desirableAdvanced working knowledge of business systems analysis tools and techniques: High level and detailed requirements development, fit/gap analysis, functional design, testing, etc.Excellent verbal & written communication and influencing skills. Comfortable with variety of stakeholders, business and technical, executives as well as end-users.Capable of managing multiple priorities and complex tasks in a dynamic work environmentHighly motivated and driven, with keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a self-managed environment.Growth mindset, passionate about learning and sharing what you know with others.Managers Note:

Does this position have the opportunity to extend beyond the initial contract or convert to FTE?Yes on extension. FTE conversion TBD, but possible if HC plan permits.Based on the job description, what are the must have non-negotiable items that a candidate must have to be successful in this role?Must have hands on Sr. WD BSA experience. Techno/functional role, so needs strong written and verbal communication skills. End to end experience with multiple WD projects. Must have advanced skills with WD configuration for Core HCM.What backgrounds/skills can we be more flexible with that can be learned on the job?Advanced WD Report dev is helpful, but not a deal breaker.Does this position require to sit onsite or travel to an SN office?No. Remote role.Does this person have to work in a specific time zone? (e.g. - If a person on the East Coast can work PST, is that ok?)Core team hours are PDT. Education:

BA/BS degree in Information Systems or related disciple required; Advanced degree a plus
